Arrival by plane:
Getting to Greater Raleigh is easy. You can come by plane, train or automobile. The area is home to Raleigh-Durham International Airport , which is just a 15-minute drive from downtown Raleigh and offers more than 300 daily departures on 14 major and 10 regional airlines. RDU also offers international flights to London, Toronto, Ottawa and the Bahamas.
Once you arrive at the airport, you can get to downtown from taxi service to rental cars and shuttle buses. The fare is 2.10€ and there are several stops in the city. One of them is just in front of the Lebreros Hotel (the conference venue). You can also get a taxi from the airport to the city. That will cost you around 18€.
Arrival by car:
I-40, which connects the East and West Coasts of the United States, passes through Raleigh and serves as one of the area's main thoroughfares. The area's first-rate system of state highways and the I-440 Beltline provide easy access to the city, surrounding communities and world-renowned Research Triangle Park. I-95 and I-85 run within 25 miles of the city, and Greater Raleigh is accessible by Amtrak train and Greyhound bus service.
When you arrive at downtown, you can easily find the Sheraton Capital Center, Downtown, Raleigh .

Within Greater Raleigh, the CAT (Capital Area Transit) bus system and CAT Connectors provide riders with an extensive network of routes, while the Raleigh Trolley serves the downtown area from 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and provides rides for monthly historic tours on Saturday.
The Triangle area of Greater Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and Cary is served by the Triangle Transit Authority bus service.
