1. Attend author breakfast at 7:30 am in Gallery Room the day of your session in order to get acquaintance with your session chairs,

2. Oral presenters need to bring and use your own computers for presentation. A PC projector will be available for your presentation. If you require an overhead projector, please inform the conference secretary (IECon05_secretary@ncsu.edu).

3. Please bring a typed or printed brief bio (less than 100 words) of the presenter. Please put your session number on your bio, and leave this at the registration desk to ensure proper routing and handling for your presentation. If you do not put your session number, then we can not guarantee that your session chair will have your information.

4. Please keep the presentation within the time allocated by your session chair. Oral presentations are typically limited to 13 minutes for presentation and 2 additional minutes for questions and discussion.

5. The presenter need to be in the assigned room 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the session.
