Advanced Diagnosis, Automation, and Control (ADAC) Laboratory

The Advanced Diagnosis, Automation, and Control Laboratory (ADAC Lab), directed by Dr. Mo-Yuen Chow, is located in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at North Carolina State University (NCSU). The ADAC Lab is equipped for investigating, developing, prototyping, and implementing system health management, automation and control methodologies and technologies, ranging from computational intelligent, network-based distributed control approaches to conventional model-based techniques

ADAC's research activities include:

- Time-sensitive network control systems
- Real-time network control systems bandwidth allocations
- Large scale intelligent fault diagnosis using data mining and computational intelligence
- Cooperative control and formation flight
- Autonomous vehicles and large scale Mechatronics systems
